We offer event planning, coordination, and party rental services, including but not limited to:
Event design and coordination
Rental of tables, chairs, linens, tents, décor, lighting, and other items
Delivery, setup, and breakdown of rental items
Quotes are estimates only and subject to change based on final selections and availability.
To secure your booking, a signed agreement and deposit may be required.
Full payment is typically due before delivery or on the event date, as specified in your invoice or contract.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations made less than [X] days before the event may incur additional fees up to the full balance.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), with reasonable efforts to refund or reschedule as appropriate.
Delivery and setup times will be arranged in advance.
Client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe access for delivery and setup.
Any site restrictions or difficulties (e.g., stairs, narrow doors, rough terrain) must be disclosed at booking and may affect pricing.
Additional delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Client is responsible for the care and security of all rental items during the rental period.
Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
Rental items must not be altered or defaced in any way without prior approval.
Ensure accurate event details, delivery instructions, and contact information.
Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for event setup.
Provide timely payment per the agreed schedule.
We will make all reasonable efforts to provide Services as agreed but cannot guarantee against unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses due to events beyond our control, including weather, acts of God, or third-party failures.
Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Services in question.
Changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability of all items or services.
Client information will be used solely for providing Services and will not be sold to third parties.
